External Wall Insulation & ICF Specialists
Build your County Louth new home or extension with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). Enjoy total storm resistance against coastal Irish Sea winds, lifetime structural strength, and ultra-low energy bills. Our certified specialist teams install Amvic, Nudura, Logix, and Quad-Lock systems directly to your structural engineering specifications.
From coastal one-off builds in Termonfeckin, Blackrock, and Carlingford to residential developments in Drogheda, Dundalk, and Ardee, ICF delivers unmatched thermal, acoustic, and structural performance.
Dual EPS formwork layers eliminate thermal bridging at junctions, corners, and floor slabs. Walls achieve U-values between 0.11 and 0.15 W/m²K with airtightness under 0.6 ACH.
Solid reinforced concrete core withstands extreme coastal gale winds and driving rain without cavity moisture ingress, cracking, or structural degradation.
A 300m² Louth detached home is erected, reinforced, and poured in 2 to 3 weeks. Rain does not delay wall assembly, speeding up internal trade fit-outs significantly.
Standard precast sills create massive cold bridges on deep ICF walls. We measure every ICF window reveal on site and fabricate custom powder-coated aluminium window sills in our Inchicore workshop, engineered specifically for 300mm–400mm Castleforms and Amvic ICF reveals with welded watertight upstands.

Measuring deep Castleform EPS insulated reveals on site for custom powder-coated aluminium window sills from Cills.ie.

High-density Amvic interlocking EPS formwork paired with bespoke watertight Cills.ie aluminium window sills.
County Louth self-builders face maritime winds and driving rain along the Irish Sea coast (Termonfeckin, Blackrock, Clogherhead, Carlingford) as well as open rural conditions around Ardee and Dunleer. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) combine double-layer continuous EPS insulation with a solid monolithic concrete core, eliminating cavity moisture tracking and achieving U-values as low as 0.11 W/m²K with airtightness under 0.6 ACH @ 50 Pa.
We install all certified ICF systems used in Ireland, including Amvic, Nudura, Logix, Quad-Lock, Fox Blocks, Beco, and Castleforms. We review your structural engineer's drawings and construct the wall shell strictly to the engineered rebar and concrete specification.
An ICF structural shell for a typical 250m² to 350m² detached Louth home is typically erected, braced, reinforced, and poured in 2 to 3 weeks. Compared to traditional masonry taking 10 to 14 weeks, ICF gets your roof trusses on site rapidly and avoids coastal weather delays.
Our operations base is at Unit 20, Westlink Industrial Estate, Kylemore Road, Inchicore, Dublin 10 (D10 TD35), with direct rapid access to Drogheda, Dundalk, Ardee, and Dunleer via the M50 and M1 corridors. We coordinate directly with local Louth ready-mix suppliers (e.g., Kilsaran, Roadstone, Whitemountain) and arrange boom pump logistics for controlled multi-lift pours.
ICF walls have a finished thickness of 300mm to 400mm. Standard precast concrete sills cannot span this depth safely and create severe thermal cold bridges. We fit custom powder-coated aluminium window sills fabricated by our sister company, Cills.ie, in our Inchicore yard. Each sill includes welded watertight upstands, thermal separation pads, and extended drip projections engineered for driving coastal rain.
Email us your architectural plans and structural engineer's drawings (PDF / CAD). We calculate exact wall surface areas, EPS block schedules, rebar steel weights, and concrete volume, delivering a comprehensive, fixed-price supply and installation quotation.
Send us your architectural and structural drawings. We provide a full bill of quantities, block schedule, and fixed-price installation quote.
