We survey, we wrap existing houses, we build Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) structures, and we process your SEAI grant directly. We are the direct installation contractor.
Isotherm operates as a specialized contracting team based in Dublin, dedicated exclusively to two high-performance building envelope trades: External Wall Insulation (EWI house wrapping) for existing homes, and Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction for new builds and extensions.
We are not a directory, a marketplace, or a lead broker. We do not pass your details to unverified third parties. When you contact Isotherm, you deal directly with our in-house team. Our senior surveyors and technical supervisors physically survey your property, specify the certified Sto or Baumit render system, oversee the daily installation on site, and sign off on the technical compliance required for SEAI grant approval.
Integrated Aluminium Sill Fabrication (Cills.ie)
One of the primary points of failure on standard external insulation jobs in Ireland is the window sill detail. When you add 100mm to 150mm of external insulation, existing concrete sills lose their drip edge and water can track back into the wall. Because we operate our sister company—Cills.ie—every home we wrap is fitted with custom-fabricated, powder-coated aluminium window sills with welded watertight end-caps and integrated thermal breaks.
