By accessing and using the Isotherm.ie website ("the platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this platform.

2. Use of Platform

Isotherm.ie provides a directory for homeowners to find and connect with independent insulation and retrofit professionals ("Installers"). The platform is for personal, non-commercial use by homeowners and for professional use by registered Installers.

3. User Responsibilities (Homeowners)

• You are responsible for any actions you take based on the information found on the platform.
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before hiring any Installer, including verifying their insurance, qualifications, and references.
• You agree that any contract or agreement for work is solely between you and the Installer. Isotherm.ie is not a party to this agreement.

4. Installer Responsibilities

• Installers must provide accurate, current, and complete information for their listing.
• Installers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they provide.
• Installers must maintain all necessary licenses, insurance, and certifications required to operate in their jurisdiction.

5. Account Registration

To become a listed Installer, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Listing Approval and Removal Rights

Isotherm.ie reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, or remove any Installer listing at any time, for any reason, without notice. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, providing false information, receiving multiple verified negative reviews, or violating these terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Engage in any activity that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
• Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the platform without our express written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Isotherm.ie or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Isotherm.ie is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform or from any interaction with Installers found through the platform. We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of the services provided by Installers.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
