Prior Approval and Building Rules
Your property must have been built and occupied before 2006 to qualify for the Warmer Homes Scheme. For standard cash grant applications, properties built before 2011 qualify. No construction works or wall insulation can begin on site until you have received prior written grant approval from SEAI.
